HCL Infosystems has acquired a 60% stake in NTS Group, a Dubai based leading IT services and solutions provider for an investment of about $6.5 million. HCL Info will now expand its footprint in the Middle East and African markets following this acquisition.

NTS provides solutions ranging from IT hardware to software services and consulting and has partnership with leading enterprises in the region building customized solutions for a host of business needs.

With the addition of NTS, HCL Infosystems will operate directly to address the system integration and services needs in these regions.
