E6621A PXT to use in SK Telecom Hybrid Network Demonstration

Agilent Technologies has announced that the E6621A PXT wireless communications test set will be used in an SK Telecom Hybrid Network demonstration during Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Feb. 27-March 1. The SK Telecom solution allows two networks of different technology and frequency band to work as one, doubling the speed of the Internet connection.

For the LTE + WiFi service demonstration, which allows high-speed wireless Internet connections, the Agilent E66621A PXT wireless communications test set will be used as the LTE network emulator to ensure a high data rate on the LTE network, providing as table test environment.

  

Shin Seung-chul, Wireless Marketing Engineer, Agilent Technologies, Korea said, "SK Telecom's choice of the Agilent E6621A PXT for the Mobile World Congress demonstration is a real substantiation point for the product. The PXT has great functionality and delivers reliable data through put testing. This is why the PXT was a clear choice for SK Telecom."
