Enterprise communication and digital marketing is scaling newer heights. Kalpit Jain, COO, netCORE Solutions, in a tete-a-tete with VARINDIA, recounts the company's inception and operations in the country and its roadmap to tap opportunities. Edited excerpts.
1. Please tell us about your company and the products and solutions you are offering?
netCORE offers solutions for enterprise communication and digital marketing.
Enterprise communication suite includes on-premise and on-cloud messaging, archiving solutions. It also includes high-quality email, SMS and voice delivery solutions. The different elements of the suite ensure effective business communication and/or timely delivery of event-triggered email and SMS/voice notifications, reminders and alerts.
Digital marketing solutions help clients by offering ideas, a platform and the tools needed to run effective marketing and customer engagement campaigns. A hosted high-quality delivery and analytics-supported multi-modal campaign and response management solution is the base platform on which tools and marketing insights help clients weave a marketing message for an effective customer engagement interaction. The digital marketing solutions are also serviced by the netCORE marketing experts team so as to optimize the campaigns when live.
Established in 1998, netCORE services a strong base of 2,500+ enterprises including some of the marquee names like ICICI Bank, Future Group, Hindustan Unilever, Colgate, Tata Sky and many others.
2. What is your company’s roadmap for India?
Further to our recent growth in major Indian cities, we are looking at geographical expansion within India. With more and more enterprises adapting to digital marketing and robust communication solutions, we are quite confident to reinforce our position in the domestic market. We wish to provide to our enterprise customers a unified platform for digital marketing that combines the power of Email, Mobile, and Voice.
With a fast-changing world of technology around us, our focus area this year will be building alliances and incorporating different technologies to be part of our solution mix.
Areas of focus include strengthening strong partner relationships cross verticals and extend our Indian client successes to global presence.
We will also seek to continue doing innovative work in the email and mobile marketing arena by strengthening the knowledge base of best-in-class global and local practices in order to serve our clients better.
We have also attained and will maintain multiple ISO certifications to demonstrate our continued commitment to process improvement standards.
3. How do you position yourself as different from those of your competitors?

5. What kind of challenges have you faced while operating in a competitive market?
netCORE operates in a space combining two different marketplaces – Enterprise Communication and Digital Marketing. A lot of the challenges are taken care of by the rapid growth in the industry itself. Hence, the core challenge is never competition but the abrupt regulatory deviations.
6. Where would you like to see your company in the next 4–5 years?
To establish a leadership position in Enterprise Communication and Digital Marketing on the world map by reinforcing our commitment to strive to bring cutting-edge technologies and methodologies back to our clients, by increasing focus on Technology R&D in enterprise communications and digital marketing solutions.
