Priced from ₹79,990, the Dell 14S combines Intel Core Series 3 processors, two display options and four colours, with Dell claiming up to 21 hours of Netflix streaming and announcing phased retail availability across India.
Dell Technologies has launched the Dell 14S in India, targeting students and young professionals with a lightweight aluminium laptop priced from ₹79,990, inclusive of taxes. The device is available in four colours—Linen, Dusty Rose, Washed Denim and Velvet Green—with online sales beginning on November 3.
The laptop measures 13.5mm thick and weighs from 1.15kg. It features a three-piece aluminium chassis, with configurations offering Intel Core 5 and Core 7 Series 3 processors, up to 16GB of LPDDR5x memory and up to 1TB of PCIe NVMe SSD storage.

Display options and battery life
Buyers can choose between two 14-inch displays with a 16:10 aspect ratio. The higher-resolution option offers a 2.8K panel, a 120Hz refresh rate and brightness of up to 450 nits. The alternative is a 2K panel with a 60Hz refresh rate and 300-nit brightness.
Dell claims the laptop can deliver up to 21 hours of Netflix streaming on a single charge. It uses a 750ED PNCM battery, which the company says is designed to provide higher energy density, operate cooler under load and retain capacity over time.
The processors include a neural processing unit rated at up to 17 trillion operations per second. According to Dell, this supports compatible AI tasks running locally on the device. Other features include a backlit, spill-resistant keyboard and Dolby Atmos audio.
Connectivity and security features
The Dell 14S includes a 1080p camera, far-field dual-array microphones and two 2W stereo speakers. Wireless connectivity options extend to Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4.
Physical connections comprise two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports supporting DisplayPort and power delivery, an HDMI port and a universal audio jack. The laptop also supports Windows Hello sign-in and incorporates Microsoft Pluton security technology.
Dell said the device is ENERGY STAR 9.0 rated and EPEAT Silver registered with Climate+.

Pricing, offers and availability
All four colour options are available through Dellstore.com from November 3. The Linen variant is also available through Dell Exclusive Stores, large-format retailers and e-commerce channels. The remaining three colours are scheduled to reach these channels by the end of November.
Introductory offers include zero-down-payment, zero-interest financing through participating banks and non-banking financial companies, instant credit card discounts of up to ₹10,000, and one year of Accidental Damage Protection for ₹499.
