According to IDC's report, Acer India has become the No. 1 in the desktop segment with a market share of 12.2% per cent in the fourth quarter of 2011 registering strong growth for the fourth consecutive quarter. Acer achieved the top slot in the desktop category with a strong Q-on-Q growth of 5.2% and witnessed an industry leading Y-o-Y growth of 19.4% that accelerated the performance of the company.
