Astrum kicks off India Operations
Astrum Holdings has announced the next phase of its international expansion with the launch of its India office to oversee its activities within the Indian subcontinent. To lead Astrum's India and South Asia growth strategy and initiatives, the company has appointed industry veteran Puneet Dhandharia as the Country Manager, with responsibility for local sales and marketing, customer management and business development. Puneet Dhandharia has 13 years of rich experience in Business Development, Channel Management, Building Client Relationships in the Information Technology. Puneet has worked in India’s top IT distributors and other technology industries.
Puneet Dhandharia, Country Manager for Astrum's operations in India, said, "The Indian computing peripherals sector is poised for the next phase of aggressive growth and is today considered one of the fastest-growing markets in the world. The growth of PC peripherals market in India is completely driven by sustainable growth of personal computers in the country, and will grow to INR44.8 billion by 2015. Astrum offers a wide range of enclosures, 3G tablets, modems, PC peripherals, laptop accessories, video devices, and power products."
In response to increasing demand from the Indian market, Astrum's Mumbai-based office will enable the company to address the burgeoning peripherals market for computing devices. The company is now able to directly serve India with quality Audio series, Laptop accessories and PC peripherals for both indoor and outdoor environments. Astrum offers tablets, mobile and computer users a complete range of end-to-end products, including 3G tablets, modems, powerbanks, batteries, headsets, portable speakers, multi-media speakers, enclosures, etc.
