ASUS Technology is seeking to expand its reach with setting up of its first retail outlet in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The new outlet is said to feature the entire range of fully working Notebooks and Netbooks that have been launched in India till date. The setting up of Jaipur store is part of the company's strategy in providing access to all the upcoming and latest technology to the customers the India market including various small cities and towns.
The company already has set up stores in New Delhi, Kolkata, Calicut and Goa in its effort to enhance the retail presence. ASUS is believed to be targeting at spreading its number of stores to 150 by next financial year. ASUS is aiming at providing the opportunity to the customers to have firsthand information on its superior technology and product range with its retail expansion.
Alex Huang, Country Head-System, Business Group, Asus Technology Pvt. Ltd. (India) said, "In our endeavor in getting closer to our customers, we have been expanding our retail presence across the country. We also have been quite selective in picking potential cities / towns. Jaipur being an important business center, we are sure of providing superior and latest technology to the tech savvy consumers of pink city."
