As per latest information, BSNL has clocked revenue of Rs 19,305 crore for the nine month period ending 31 December, 2012. Also, it has posted loss of Rs 6,536 crore for the same period.
The report revealed that BSNL had registered total revenues of Rs 27,933.50 crore for the financial year 2011-12, decline of 3.3 percent from the financial year 2010-11. The revenues recorded in 2010-11 were Rs 28,876 crore.
As far as MTNL is concerned, which has operations in Mumbai and Delhi, has clocked revenues of Rs 2,685 crore and net loss of Rs 3,335 crore for the nine month period ending December 31, 2012.
