Citrix Systems has appointed Dr. Pallab Bandyopadhyay as Director - Human Resources. Dr. Bandyopadhyay will oversee all aspects of Citrix's organizational development initiatives in India.

Dr. Bandyopadhyay has over twenty-four years' of experience in human resources development and management. Previously, he worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for Dell Services and also as Head of Global HR for Perot Systems for APAC region. He is an honorary member of the HR Academic Area Advisory Council of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM). He is also an expert reviewer at Harvard Business School (HBR) Press and an advisory member of the board for “Sukrut”, a psycho-therapeutic clinic and professional development centre based in Bangalore.
