Eastern India’s tech fair, COMPASS (Computer Association of Eastern India) was inaugurated between 20th December to 23rd December 2013 at Milan Mela, Kolkata by Hon. Minister West Bengal IT and Industries, Partha Chatterjee and Manish Gupta, Regional Sales Director, Dell India.
Dell is the primary Sponsor for the event along with Microsoft and HP as Co-Sponsors. The Event also has a host of associate sponsors who supported this event in spite of the ongoing business slowdown.
This tech fair acted as a platform for all the manufacturers to display and generate awareness for their products which certainly build a better environment between the users and brands, thus resulting in a better brand connect.
COMPASS Tech fair also witnessed a crowd of more than 75,000 people which included Channel Partners, Corporates buyers, Students, Professionals and other end customers. There were 15 other pavilions and 90 stalls that were a part of the IT exhibition.
