With a focus on the SMB sector through innovative IT products, Dell has launched its next 13.3-inch Vostro V13. It is equipped with ultra-low-voltage Intel (ULV) processors to manage energy efficiency, while providing ample power for everyday computing. Vostro V13 is as thin as 0.65inches (16.5mm) and weighs 1.59kg.
"This 13-inch small business laptop is in a category all its own as entrepreneurs now have quality performance, battery life and security combined with a thin and lightweight design sturdy enough for today's business," said Ravi Bharadwaj, General Manager, Small and Medium Business, Dell India. According to him, the company operates through more than 180 channel partners in 200 cities in addition to direct sales model.
Priced at Rs.28,500, it is ideal for dedicated and specially trained small-business sales and support experts, and features a suite of customizable service and support solutions designed specifically for small businesses. This new product features lock and key with optional full-data-encrypted hard drives.
With the integrated webcam and microphone2, users can make Internet calls, conduct video conferences and remotely exchange files to help increase productivity. Vostro V13 also features a full range of connectivity options, including wireless LAN, Bluetooth, and WWAN mobile broadband3.
