The collaboration aims to help banks and financial institutions adopt secure, scalable and responsibly governed Agentic AI, combining Disseqt’s platform with HCLTech’s industry expertise and Microsoft’s AI leadership, demonstrated at a roundtable in Ireland
Lean agentic enterprise platform Disseqt AI has announced a strategic collaboration with HCLTech and Microsoft to support financial institutions in adopting Agentic AI responsibly and at scale. The partnership is designed to merge HCLTech’s deep industry understanding with Disseqt’s lean agentic automation platform and Microsoft’s AI capabilities.
The announcement was made during a roundtable held in Ireland for financial institutions, where leaders from technology, banking and regulatory domains discussed the future of Agentic AI. The session showcased how AI-driven automation, when combined with a strong governance framework, can help transform financial services operations.
Participants examined AI adoption from multiple viewpoints, including technology providers leading innovation efforts, financial institutions deploying agentic models at scale, and regulators shaping frameworks for safe and compliant AI use.
“Collaboration is key to putting Responsible AI into practice. Working with Disseqt AI, we’re enabling an ecosystem that empowers enterprises to innovate with speed and operationalize AI ethics, governance, and compliance at scale,” said Heather Domin, Vice President and Head of Office of Responsible AI and Governance, HCLTech.
“Only 1% of organisations are using the right governance framework for Agentic AI and hence are struggling to move from POC to Production,” said Jenni Rantakari, AI Leader at Microsoft UK.
Disseqt’s platform deploys lean agentic service as a software to automate and simplify critical IT and DevOps functions, enabling high-performance testing, monitoring and governance of AI systems.
“Our partnership with HCLTech and Microsoft validates our mission of bringing intelligent, agent-based automation to the heart of enterprise IT,” said Apoorva Kumar, Founder, Disseqt. “By embedding trustworthy AI into core ITOps and FinOps processes, we’re enabling organisations to break free from tedious cycles of testing and monitoring, and instead embrace secure, scalable AI transformation.”
Using contextual simulations, red teaming and live observability, Disseqt supports early detection of vulnerabilities, reduces system drifts and helps teams align deployments with Responsible AI principles. The platform claims to deliver up to 80% cost reduction, 70% faster go-to-production timelines, and a 40% improvement in testing productivity.See What’s Next in Tech With the Fast Forward Newsletter
