Elitecore Technologies has announced that it has won the "Most Innovative BSS Solution Company" award at the ICT World Communication Award Ceremony, 2013 for its next-generation BSS transformation suite. The Secretary General of International Telecommunication Union, Dr Hamadoun Touré, presented the award to Elitecore Technologies.
Elitecore has been recognized with the award for its ability to enable next-generation transformation and improve operational efficiency through a BSS solution architecture. Elitecore’s BSS solutions also facilitate quick turnaround time (TAT), reduced TCO and improved customer experience through accurate billing, enhanced customer web self-care and easier fault resolution within stipulated SLA.
