Extreme Networks starts First RMA Depot in India

Extreme Networks has announced the opening of its first Return Material Authorization (RMA) depot in Mumbai to support mission-critical installations of customers in India on selected Extreme Networks support offerings, namely Extremeworks, Partner Works Lite and Partner Works.  

Joy Ghosh, Vice-President of Asia-Pacific and Japan, Extreme Networks, said, “Extreme Networks is committed to provide world-class support to our customers in India. With the launch of our first RMA depot in India, we believe this will provide higher levels of support for customers requiring real-time replacements.
 
“With the operation of the RMA depot in India, we are better able to provide real-time support for customers with business critical installations. This depot extends our continued commitment to our customers and our business in India,” said Mohamed Asiq, Country Manager for India and SAARC, Extreme Networks.
 
Customers of these support offerings will be able to get extended support level which includes options for Next Business Day (NBD) Advance Hardware Replacement (AHR).
