HCL Tech centre opened in Philippines

HCL Technologies Ltd has opened its Global Delivery Centre for business process outsourcing services in Quezon City, Manila.

It is believed that the centre is supposed to employ 400 professionals that will serve customers in financial services, healthcare and pharma and other industries.

Rahul Singh, President, Financial Services & Business Services, HCL Technologies Ltd, said “The plan for setting up the delivery centre in the Philippines was influenced by the country’s growing prominence as a strong BPO services hub.”
