HP launches Latex 730 & 830 Printer Series in India and collaborates with Redington.
HP India has launched its latest large-format printing solutions—the HP Latex 730 and 830 printer series—aimed at supporting Print Service Providers (PSPs) in boosting productivity, improving efficiency, and minimizing environmental impact. Tailored for small and medium businesses, the HP Latex printers are equipped with water-based ink technology, enhanced color precision, automation features, and sustainability-first design.
To offer hands-on access to its new Latex printing technology, HP India, in collaboration with Redington, has inaugurated a dedicated HP Latex printer demo center in Mumbai. The facility showcases live demonstrations and allows PSPs, media vendors, and creative professionals to test the HP Latex 730 and 830 printers across a range of substrates and applications. It also serves as a hub for training, innovation, and experimentation.
Vitesh Sharma, Country Head, Large Format Printing at HP, highlighted how the Indian print industry’s transformation demands faster turnaround, higher quality, and broader versatility. The new printer series is designed to meet those challenges with smarter automation, HP Pixel Control, universal printheads, an embedded spectrophotometer, and a 3-liter ink cartridge option (for the 830 model) that boosts uptime.

He stated, "To bring this experience closer to our PSPs, we’ve also launched a dedicated Demo Center in Mumbai, where they can get hands-on with the Latex 730 and explore its capabilities in real-time. It’s all part of our ongoing effort to drive innovation, support growth, and help them stay ahead of the curve.”
In addition, the printers are integrated with the HP PrintOS Production Hub, providing a centralized platform to manage jobs, track production in real time, and optimize operations from order to delivery. Sustainability remains a core value. Both models are EPEAT Climate+ certified, use UL ECOLOGO-certified and odorless inks, and support HP Planet Partners for recycling used cartridges—underscoring HP’s commitment to environmentally conscious printing.

With its HP Mumbai demo center, wide-format Latex printers, and strategic partnerships, HP is positioning itself to revolutionize India’s large-format print landscape and help PSPs scale faster, print smarter, and operate greener.
Raghu Ram, Senior VP, Endpoint Solutions Group, Redington Limited, said, “At Redington, we are committed to empowering businesses with cutting-edge technology, and this collaboration is a step forward in enabling print service providers with sustainable, high-performance solutions. The new Demo Center in Mumbai is a testament to our shared vision of customer-centric innovation and capability building.”
HP continues to lead on sustainability with the Latex 730 and 830 Series, both of which are EPEAT Climate+ certified—a first in the signage print industry. These printers use water-based HP Latex Inks that are UL ECOLOGO-certified and odorless, supporting safer working environments and greener print applications. Used supplies, including maintenance cartridges, can be returned via the HP Planet Partners program, supporting a more circular economy.
