Huawei has launched Ascend G510&Y300 smartphones. Running on Android 4.1 JellyBean platform, with Dual-core processors, mega screens (4.5- & 4-inch), good in-built memory and 5-mega pixel auto focus (AF) cameras, both Ascend G510 and Y300 come with Huawei’s new Emotion UI (UI).
The Huawei Me Widget allows users to better utilize their Huawei smartphones screens by combining favourite contacts, Gallery, Audio Player, Weather & Clock in a single customizable widget. With five preloaded themes, users can customize their UI with themes, wallpaper and fonts to truly express their personality. The Emotion UI also features a “Smart Tutorial” that offers comprehensive assistance to help entry-level users to learn and get the most out of their smartphone experience in the shortest time. With Profiles, users can select a profile that is most suited to their current context of use. And finally, a Special dialer combines Call Log and Dialler for users’ convenience.

Priced at Rs.10,990, the Huawei Ascend G510 offers connectivity and file sharing with Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth and DLNA. The Ascend G510 experience is enhanced with video chatting via dual cameras – 5MP AF with LED Flashlight and 0.3MP front and DTS for better and virtual multi-channel sounds.
Available at Rs.7,980, the Ascend Y300 includes a 5-mega pixel Auto-focus camera with 0.3- mega pixel front camera, added feature of 360degree Panorama shot and a memory of 512MB RAM and a 4GB ROM.
Both HuaweiAscend G510& Ascend Y300 are available across India via online channels and LFR outlets.
