Instamojo’s partnership with Syrow to help MSMEs improve customer service
Instamojo has announced its partnership with Bengaluru based Syrow, a leading CSaaS [Customer Support as a Service] company. Through the collaboration, customers of Instamojo can use the customer services provided by Syrow – 24x7 multilingual customer support through phone, email, chat, tele-calling and ticketing support. The intent is to help millions of MSME’s improve and enhance their customer service and relationship management.

The Syrow App can be downloaded and subscribed to on the Instamojo App store. Instamojo merchants subscribing to the Syrow app will be offered a 15% discount and 14-day trial period as per the chosen service package
