The smaller version of the tablet iPad called iPad Mini from Apple is set to be launched this October. It is said that the sale of the device is to go from November. It was earlier reported that Apple will use screens from AU Optronics and LG Display for the iPad Mini.
It is also said that instead of the current measuring size of 9.7 inches the new device would measure 7.85 inches diagonally which would fend off the competition from the smaller and cheap tablet makers like Amazon Inc.
