Kaspersky Lab has joined hands with Pune-based Sakri IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Under a 3- year agreement that will be signed very shortly, the Indian company will begin retailing Kaspersky Lab’s products right across the North and West of India.
Sakri IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will be 100% dedicated to developing sales of Kaspersky Lab’s products across the area and will also be providing a round-the-clock freephone customer support line,effective from 01 January, 2010. Hyderabad-based Zoom Technologies will remain as the exclusive business solutions partner and retail partner for the Southern and Eastern regions of India and will provide the same level of customer support within their own region as that offered by Sakri IT Solutions.
