LTM has partnered with enterprise AI platform Glean to help organizations integrate enterprise knowledge into agentic AI applications, as businesses increasingly look to move from AI pilots to production deployments.
Under the partnership, LTM will combine Glean's enterprise knowledge graph, AI-powered search, assistants and agent capabilities with its BlueVerse agentic AI ecosystem to enable enterprises to build AI applications that can securely access information spread across business applications, collaboration tools and enterprise systems.
The collaboration targets one of the biggest challenges enterprises face in scaling AI deployments—fragmented enterprise knowledge distributed across multiple applications, data repositories and workflows.
"AI will deliver its greatest impact when it can access the full context of an enterprise and seamlessly connect people, knowledge, and workflows," said Venu Lambu, CEO and Managing Director of LTM.
"Our partnership with Glean strengthens LTM's AI-led transformation portfolio and complements our BlueVerse AI ecosystem by helping organizations unlock intelligence across their enterprise systems while maintaining governance, security and compliance," he said.
According to the companies, the joint offering is aimed at helping enterprises operationalize AI across functions such as IT support, enterprise knowledge management and enterprise application operations. The solution is expected to be particularly relevant for highly regulated sectors, including banking, financial services, insurance and manufacturing, where governance and secure access to enterprise data are critical.
Glean's platform connects information across collaboration tools, ERP systems, IT platforms, customer applications and cloud environments while preserving existing user permissions and security controls. The company said the platform is designed to complement AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Copilot by providing a unified enterprise context layer across both Microsoft and non-Microsoft environments.
"Large enterprises want AI that can do more than answer questions—they need AI that understands their business, respects their governance requirements and helps employees take action across the systems they use every day," said Amar Maletira, president and chief operating officer at Glean.
The companies said the combined offering is expected to improve enterprise search, accelerate incident resolution, reduce support costs, speed employee onboarding and enhance application support by enabling AI agents to access trusted enterprise context while operating within existing governance and compliance frameworks.
