Ybrant Digital Limited has announced that the High Court of Andhra Pradesh has approved its merger with LGS Global Limited. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), The Company said that the AP High Court has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of Ybrant Digital with LGS Global.
As per the scheme, the combined entity will be referred to as ‘Ybrant Digital Limited’.
"The High Court orders will be filed with the offices of the registrar of companies and the scheme will become effective with appointed date being April 1, 2011," Ybrant said.
