Rays Power Infra, a prominent player in the solar energy and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector, has appointed Mukul Mathur as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This strategic move aims to strengthen the company’s commitment to fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Mukul Mathur brings over 20 years of experience in human resource management. Prior to joining Rays Power Infra, he served as the Group Vice President of HR at VKRP Group, a leading steel manufacturing company, where he successfully aligned HR practices with business goals.
Mukul also held the position of Head of HR at CJ Darcl Logistics Limited, managing a workforce of over 5,000 employees across 200 branches and key offices. His leadership in HR teams has consistently emphasized operational excellence and a people-first approach.
Additionally, Mukul has experience as Vice President and Client HR Head at HSI Group, where he collaborated with business leaders to drive organizational growth and performance.
Mukul holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, and his extensive experience is expected to contribute significantly to Rays Power Infra’s continued success and expansion.
