Netgear has slashed the prices of its ReadyNAS Ultra and ReadyNas Ultra Plus, effective immediately in a bid to penetrate the consumer and the SOHO segments.
The company has also introduced enhancements to the family of storage systems. It has added two ReadyNAS remote mobile applications for the Apple iOS and the Android mobile devices.
For the promotion and market awareness, the company is currently concentrating on the metropolitan and tier-II cities and will later on start focussing on the smaller towns for ReadyNAS business.
Netgear products are distributed by Ingram Micro and Rashi Peripherals.
