Netxcell Limited has appointed Karamchand Cenecius (Kenny) as Vice-President – Sales in Mobile VAS. He will focus on Netxcell’s VAS business, especially from operators in India, Africa and South East Asia.
A computer science graduate from Bangalore University, Cenecius brings with him 20 years of vast experience with over 13 years in the IT industry and 7 years in the telecom industry. In his last role with Comviva, a Bharti group company, he was heading business operations for Airtel.
Karamchand Cenecius, Vice President – Sales (Mobile VAS), Netxcell, said, “As they say, timing is everything. I truly believe that the timing for Netxcell to grow to new heights is now and I am glad to be part of this growth with this company. All the right things are happening at the moment. Firstly, with our Joint Venture in the Africa region with a local partner, there is a very important step for Netxcell to expand our operations outside India. Secondly, our partnership with Clockwork Mobile helps us leverage on licensed content for international markets.”
