OnSSI has introduced a new Tech Support Mobile App that enables users and partners to easily access critical information and documentation on OnSSI's industry-leading Ocularis VMS directly from their smartphones. This app will facilitate set-up and troubleshooting issues whether on-site or remotely from the field without the need to access a PC.

This App will feature access to Ocularis user manuals, spec sheets, installation guides, tutorial videos, release notes and other related documentation. Additionally, the app includes online up-to-date supported cameras Lookup with multiple filters, a registration and Licensing Look-up Tool, a video centre with Ocularis tutorials, demonstrations, and a one-push link to contact
OnSSI support over the phone.
OnSSI’s Tech Support Mobile App is currently available for free from the Apple app store.
