After unveiling its all-new HCM (Human Capital Management) on Cloud, Ramco Systems has announced the addition of consultants and boutique firms as business partners in North America to strengthen their presence for HCM products in the region along with its ERP and Aviation suite of offerings.
To address the services industry in particular, Ramco also launched Services Resource Planning (SRP) solution, a flavour of its ERP on Cloud offering. The company’s Managed Services (BPO) division has witnessed good traction from large organizations looking for an outsourced vendor to support their Statutory and Payroll processing needs.

Enhancing product automation, Ramco has added features that will help organizations engage with their employees better. With QR Codes embedded to support automatic “Time Sheet” entry, Maps that help track employee location and integration with social platforms such as LinkedIn for resume parsing, Ramco HCM has been bringing some of the latest technology trends to enterprises. Added with Mobility and an uber-cool user interface, employees find it easy and simple to use.
The company also announced go-live of 5 HCM customers which added 15,000-plus users in the region on Ramco HCM.
