MindTree Limited has named Ramesh Ramanathan as an Independent Director to its Board of Directors. Ramesh is a Co-Founder of Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy; Chairman of Janalakshmi Social Services; and is also the National Technical Advisor, Government of India for the Jawarharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission.
