Tally’s partner programs aim for customer delight and profitable partners. To track progress, it looks at specific outputs like the number of customers that they connect with periodically and track yearly progress of partners’ revenue growth from Tally business. Tally also surveys its partners to understand their thoughts about its programs.
Tally is a partner-centric organization and partners are the core of our customer relationships. We have always worked towards crafting engaging and beneficial partner programs to ensure that our partners remain enthusiastic about Tally business and accomplish their entrepreneurial goals through our collaboration. Our work with every partner is focused on four pillars of: Aspiration, Reputation, Customers and Community. We believe that a happy set of growing and profitable partners that are working towards customer delight and have complete trust in Tally’s business and product philosophies will help us reach our goals.
At Tally, we have an organized approach when working with our partners. At the start of the fiscal year, we sit down with them to create a clear business plan. In these sessions, our team, including a Tally manager and a senior manager, talks to the partner to understand their goals. Together, we make a detailed plan that outlines what they want to achieve in terms of sales and business throughout the year. We also provide support in marketing and sales activities to help them reach these goals.
We regularly check how things are going with the plan. Each partner is assigned a dedicated business manager who helps partners be on track and course correct, if required to ensure that everything is as per the plan. This collaborative process helps partners understand exactly what is expected of them, making it easier for everyone to work together successfully. All this is made possible due to the collaborative efforts from partners and dedication of our internal team members along with the use of technology, which in this case is an effective CRM software.
Our incentive and rewards policies are unique and crafted in line with our fundamental objectives of customer delight and partner business growth. It rewards our partners on maintaining regular customer connects and hence ensuring customer satisfaction.
