Talview, in association with Microsoft, launches Qton, a talent assistant chatbot
Talview, a leading talent assessment technology platform, has collaborated with Microsoft to push frontiers in application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in recruitment, with the launch of Qton, a Talent Assistant Chatbot. The chatbot, built on top of Microsoft’s Bot Framework and Luis NLP aims to make a significant impact in recruitment automation by improving the hiring process and enhancing the experience for the candidates.
Sanjoe Jose, CEO, Talview, said, “We are delighted to partner with Microsoft that aims to enable better merging of digital expertise and human interaction, thereby enhances the recruitment experience for candidates and clients alike. Talview Chatbot technology adds tremendous value to the recruiting process and cements our rapidly-growing leadership role in the industry.”
According to the company, the key benefits of signing up with Talview are that the bot allows for a major reduction in man-hours spent early in the recruitment funnel. Moreover, it identifies and fast-tracks only the best candidates to the next phase of the recruitment process. The bot also helps create an impact on employer marketing and messaging which assists in connecting the candidate to the company's brand immediately.
The platform helps candidates by providing convenience and a superior experience as they do not have to take a day off or spend time travelling to a recruiter’s location for preliminary interviews. It also improves the quality of hiring significantly, by enabling companies to conduct a more holistic evaluation of potential candidates. It, thus, helps in filling vacancies faster and reducing the recruitment costs considerably.
Talview’s platform uses artificial intelligence and cloud services to harness the power of advanced data science and machine learning algorithms to help client expedite hiring and reduce turnaround time. It also uses video analyses, social-media analyses and speech recognition to enable companies build better teams and gain a competitive edge.
Rajiv Sodhi, General Manager, Partner Ecosystem, Microsoft India, said, “At Microsoft, our mission is to empower every organization and individual to achieve more. Leveraging the power of Azure and the Microsoft bot platform, Qton from Talview will help organizations source, engage, screen and select quality talent more quickly. We are happy to partner with Talview and provide solutions to drive productivity and efficiency in the HR world.”
Talview, in partnership with Microsoft, has also built Proview, an intelligent remote proctoring tool, which implements 18 different automated checks within the video, audio, and screen feed of candidates, to promote, improve, and change the course of e-learning, recruitment assessments, and higher education.
