Tata AIA LI ropes in Rupesh Mehta as VP-IT

According to reports, Rupesh Mehta moved on from Aegon Life and now has joined Tata AIA Life Insurance as VP-IT.
In this new role, Mumbai-based Mehta will be adding his experience and expertise to take the IT management of the insurance company to a next level.
Prior to this, Mehta was leading IT at Aegon Life as VP-IT. He has successfully executed several IT projects including the recent work from home enablement at the insurance company.
Mehta has over 17 years of experience in IT management and technology transformation. Starting from the bottom and with experience progressing on top, Mehta considers himself fortunate to get his hands into different technologies and sectors. From telecom to Oil & Gas, from Infrastructure to IoT and Insurance, every sector has broadened knowledge and hands-on experience with new technologies. He has worked with companies like Reliance Health Insurance as Chief Technology Officer.
