The 8th Xavient Premier League concludes

Xavient Information Systems has conducted its 8-week-long cricket tournament, the Xavient Premier League.
 
During the XPL, Xavient’s junior to seniormost employees, came together every weekend to celebrate the popular sport of cricket and engage in a friendly yet competitive bout of the game. Xavienites who weren’t playing also attended in full force to support their respective teams.
 
Arshad Majeed, Executive Vice-President of Xavient Information Systems, shared, “The XPL has become one of the most successful employee engagement strategies for our company. It galvanizes team spirit, camaraderie and a healthy competitiveness like every few other activities can. It breaks the silos of hierarchy and departments and promotes a well-knit organizational structure. We are glad that this year’s tournament too was full of the kind of zest and vigour we expect from the XPL.” 
 
The final match was concluded on 28th December in Greater Noida this year.
