ViewSonic India Country Manager resigns

Gautam Ghosh, Country Manager of ViewSonic India, is said to have quit after around five years of stint in the company to take on a new role in the industry.  Based out of Delhi, Ghosh has been spearheading India operations of ViewSonic since February 2006 and was the most visible face of the company in India.

As the Head of India operations, Gautam was responsible for ViewSonic's business interest in India by providing strategic business direction to ensure continuous and dynamic growth of the brand. ViewSonic's market share had scaled up to the position of No. 2 in standalone segment during his dynamic leadership.

According to the latest information available, Ghosh will be leaving ViewSonic on October 31, 2010 to pursue new career aspirations.
