
XOLO has announced its tie-up with Broadcom Corporation. As per this partnership, XOLO will use Broadcom’s latest chipset BCM23550 (Java) for its new XOLO Q1000 Opus smartphone. This smartphone leverages Broadcom’s BCM4334 connectivity combo chip and BCM4752 multi-constellation GNSS location chip to deliver a high-performance and feature-rich experience at an attractive price. Users can stream content over Wi-Fi and simultaneously share and project HD video, photos and gaming applications on a larger screen via Miracast.

The key features of XOLO Q1000 Opus Smartphone include 1.2 GHz Quad-core ARM Cortex A7 processor, VideoCore multimedia support, GPS/GLONASS, WLAN, MEMs and Cell ID for the indoor/outdoor location and dual HD display support with 720p LCD and external HD panel via Wi-Fi Miracast-capable displays.
XOLO Q1000 Opus smartphone will be available for purchase by the end of November 2013.
