Ybrant Digital Limited (formerly, LGS Global Limited) is all set to get listed on the BSE consequent to reorganization of capital and fresh allotment of shares in the amalgamation. Ybrant’s recent development was the purchase of US$283 million (INR 1500 crores) business from Experian in May this year.

The Company has informed the BSE of the following events. The board took cognizance of the amalgamation of Ybrant Digital and LGS Global as directed by the honorable high court of Andhra Pradesh.

The name of the amalgamated entity has been changed from “LGS GLOBAL LIMITED” to “YBRANT DIGITAL LIMITED”.
