Zoho Corporation, India’s leading multinational SaaS and cloud solutions provider, has announced a strategic collaboration with Dell Technologies and Nvidia to accelerate its AI innovation journey. By integrating the Dell AI Factory with Nvidia’s powerful GPU infrastructure and software stack, Zoho is building a secure, scalable, and high-performance AI ecosystem designed to support real-world enterprise applications.
With over 55 products and 130 million global users across sectors like sales, finance, collaboration, and human resources, Zoho is now leveraging this AI platform to power its multimodal large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI tools. This partnership ensures that Zoho’s solutions remain privacy-first and fully compliant with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) rules.
According to Dell, the AI Factory with Nvidia enables enterprises to “expedite development and deployment of advanced AI models at scale.” Venkat Sitaram, Senior Director and Country Head, Dell Technologies India, said the platform is empowering companies like Zoho to drive measurable business outcomes through enterprise AI adoption.
Zoho’s proprietary Zia large language model and prebuilt AI agents—designed for seamless enterprise integration—will now be supercharged by this advanced infrastructure, enabling organizations to implement next-gen AI applications faster and more efficiently.
