Infosys has unveiled Infosys Topaz Fabric, a composable stack of AI agents, services, and models designed to help enterprises accelerate value from their AI investments. Infosys Topaz Fabric provides a layered, open, and interoperable infrastructure that unifies IT service delivery across enterprise systems. It allows organizations to access integrated or modular services-as-software through a single platform — helping them reimagine IT processes, maximize existing investments, and avoid vendor lock-ins.
The platform offers enterprise services spanning IT operations, transformation, quality engineering, and cybersecurity, and includes over 50 pre-built AI agents integrated with nine major enterprise platforms. These agents operate alongside humans to execute end-to-end workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance decision-making, while maintaining human oversight for governance and ethical compliance.
Satish H.C., Chief Delivery Officer, Infosys, said, “Infosys Topaz Fabric brings the resilience that comes from combining the transformative powers of AI with human creativity to supercharge service delivery and help clients accelerate at the pace of business.”
Laxmi Srinivas Samayamantri, VP – Global Engineering, Data & Architecture, Nu Skin, added, “We’re collaborating with Infosys to enrich our IT operations through Agentic AI. Infosys Topaz Fabric’s Agent Assist features are expected to boost automation, enhance resilience, and elevate user experience.”
Backed by the Infosys partner ecosystem, Topaz Fabric integrates cutting-edge AI capabilities from global solution providers and startups, helping enterprises realize faster ROI from their AI transformation programs.
