Wipro has issued 1,31,578 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to employees eligible under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005. Details of its vesting period and exercised price were not shared.
Promoters or part of the promoter group or any director who directly or through relatives or body corporate held more than 10 per cent of Infosys shares would not be eligible to receive shares as per the plan.
