365squared Unveils AI-Powered Voice Fraud Protection

365squared, a Route Mobile company under Proximus Global, has launched 365callguard, an AI-powered voice fraud protection platform designed to help telecom operators and carriers detect and prevent fraudulent calls before they reach subscribers.

Announced on November 3, 2026, the solution addresses escalating voice-based cybercrime, where AI-generated impersonation, social engineering and sophisticated calling techniques are exposing telecom networks to financial losses, regulatory risks and declining customer confidence.

365callguard targets seven major fraud categories: vishing, caller line identification (CLI) spoofing, Wangiri, International Revenue Share Fraud (IRSF), SIM box fraud, flash calls and robocalls. It combines AI models with rule-based intelligence for real-time threat detection.

The platform integrates with existing telecom infrastructure, enabling operators to automatically block suspicious calls, modify caller identification or issue subscriber alerts based on network capabilities and predefined security policies.

Tonio Ellul, CEO of 365squared, emphasised that traditional fraud detection mechanisms are increasingly inadequate against evolving threats. He highlighted the importance of preventing fraudulent activity before it compromises subscribers or operator revenues.

Tushar Agnihotri, CEO of Route Mobile, described communications security as a strategic priority. The launch strengthens Proximus Global's security portfolio, complementing 365smsguard, its AI-powered messaging protection solution.

As AI-powered voice cloning and automated scams become increasingly sophisticated, telecom security must evolve from reactive monitoring to proactive prevention. However, effective protection will depend on detection accuracy, minimal false positives, regulatory alignment and seamless integration across voice and messaging networks.
