GoTo has recently hosted its India Partner Summit 2025 in Mumbai. The event brought together leading technology partners to recognize achievements and accelerate collaborative business growth within the GoTo Partner Network, with the company observing continued channel growth of 33% in 2024-2025 in India. GoTo’s YoY India business increased by 27% in 2024-2025. One of the key highlights of the summit was the unveiling of GoTo's latest AI-driven innovations in IT support.
This year’s summit marked the relaunch of the LogMeIn name to GoTo’s IT product suite, alongside the introduction of the company’s recent AI development in its flagship solutions - LogMeIn Resolve and LogMeIn Rescue. The updates are part of GoTo’s continued investment in simplifying IT for businesses and empowering its growing partner and customer ecosystem across India. The event highlighted GoTo’s strong momentum in the region across high-impact verticals, including BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, BPO, Aviation, Services, and Consulting. Notably, five of the top six Global System Integrators (GSIs) in India use LogMeIn Rescue to provide seamless and secure IT support to their vast employee bases as well as to their global customers.
Mathew Philip, Senior Director & Head, Global SIs and India, GoTo said, “Our India Partner Summit is a testament to what we achieve when we come together with our Partners. This year’s theme, ‘GoTogether: Celebrate. Innovate. Accelerate’ captures the spirit of our collaboration. Our partner ecosystem continues to be a key pillar of our growth in India. We actively implement partner feedback and innovate to ensure our solutions address real customer challenges — not just on a global scale, but also in ways that are tailored to local needs. The move from USD to INR billing is another step in putting our customers first, giving them flexibility, predictability, and protection against currency fluctuations. It’s an important change, especially for SMBs, making it easier for them to adopt our ‘IT-in-a-box’ solutions without added complexity.”
Vinod Kumar, CEO of Satcom Infotech, said, “At Satcom, we focus on delivering advanced cybersecurity and IT solutions through our strong partner ecosystem of over 1,500 loyal partners across the country. Though our association with GoTo is relatively recent, we’ve already seen strong traction and encouraging results in the market. Together, we’ve conducted multiple enablement sessions to help our partners understand the unique value of GoTo’s comprehensive, AI-powered solutions. It is not just an off-the-shelf product; it’s a solution thoughtfully built to address real-world challenges faced by customers. We’re confident that with the right strategy of adding and nurturing new partners, we will continue to strengthen GoTo’s presence in India and create meaningful value for our customers. GoTo’s recent shift to INR billing is also a huge advantage for us and our partners, protecting margins from currency fluctuations and making transactions simpler and more predictable”
Prashanth GJ, CEO of Technobind Solutions Pvt. Ltd, said, "Technobind is a value-added technology distributor, and our goal has always been to enable partners with the right tools and certified expertise to deliver robust cybersecurity solutions. Our partnership with GoTo has been remarkable. We’ve grown together, and we believe the road ahead holds even greater opportunities, especially in India’s large and dynamic mid-market segment. GoTo’s all-in-one approach combined with AI-enabled capabilities, aligns perfectly with what the Indian market needs making it the right technological partner. Their move to INR billing has also been of a significant advantage for us, removing currency volatility and making it easier for partners and customers alike.”
The event also featured success stories from Indian enterprises future roadmap for partner enablement and technology leadership. On the sidelines, they also announced the qualifiers of the Partner’s Achievers Club, expecting a few more qualifiers by the end of the quarter.
