
The India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025, Asia’s largest technology, telecom, and digital transformation event, kicks off at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi from October 8–11. Organized by the Department of Telecommunications and the Cellular Operators Association of India, the ninth edition carries the theme “Innovate to Transform,” highlighting innovation as the foundation of India’s digital ambitions.
With over 150,000 visitors, 7,000 delegates, and 400 exhibitors from 150 countries, IMC 2025 features 1,600 next-gen use cases across 5G, 6G, AI, quantum computing, cybersecurity, satellite communications, and digital health. Leading speakers include Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, Minister of State Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar, and telecom leaders from Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Idea.
AI emerged as the event’s defining focus, with industry leaders Akash Ambani and Gopal Vittal emphasizing AI’s role in network automation, business transformation, and customer experience. The Satcom Summit spotlights India’s growing satellite ecosystem, featuring OneWeb, Starlink, Amazon Kuiper, and Hughes.
IMC 2025 also launches the Aspire Startup Program, connecting innovators to global investors through the Startup World Cup India Edition. Backed by KPMG as knowledge partner, the event cements India’s position as a global AI-driven digital powerhouse.
