NetApp has announced the appointment of Ranjit Kumar Singh as Site HR Leader, India & Senior Director HRBP. In this role, Ranjit will spearhead the people strategy for NetApp’s India operations while driving global HR business partnering initiatives that align with the company’s vision of empowering a data-driven future.
With over 19 years of executive management and HR leadership experience across IT, pharmaceutical, and infrastructure sectors, Ranjit brings a proven track record in people strategy, talent management, and HR transformation. He has held senior leadership roles at VMware, Solara Active Pharma, Allergan, Sapient, Oracle, and GMR Group, and most recently served as Director of HR for India and sub-continent countries at Zebra Technologies.
