Pressmart has launched an academic application for tablets. The app is said to allow schools to replace textbooks with tablets.
The firm will roll out the MOCA (Mobile Learning Classroom Application) in schools in the Philippines. It will charge $100 per student a year.
In India, it will launch a pilot this academic year. At present, the app works on Android and iOS (Apple platform).
