Accenture has appointed Pradeep Prabhala as lead of its India Market Unit, effective September 1, 2026. His appointment underscores Accenture’s continued investment in leadership and talent in India a key growth market and in the differentiated capabilities that help clients unlock new growth opportunities. In this role, Pradeep will work with clients in India to harness data and AI to accelerate growth, boost productivity, and build more agile, future-ready businesses. He will also support global organizations in building Global Capability Centers as engines of innovation, transformation, and resilience - a strategic priority for Accenture globally.

Pradeep brings more than two decades of experience advising global organizations on growth and enterprise transformation across AI, digital, commercial excellence, supply chain transformation, M&A, and sustainability. Previously, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the Consumer sector in India and Agriculture across Asia. He earlier spent nearly a decade with Monitor Deloitte, working with clients across markets to drive growth, expand into new markets, and build new businesses. He began his career at Hindustan Unilever, where he was part of the founding team that established the company's modern trade business in India.
He is also active in the innovation ecosystem as an early-stage investor in AI, enterprise software, and deep-tech companies across India and the United States and is an incoming Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Fellow and Salzburg Fellow.
