As per latest information, Serguei Beloussov has been named CEO of Acronis, effective immediately.
Succeeding Alex Pinchev, Beloussov is a co-founder of Acronis and was the Company’s first President. He has been a member of the Acronis Board of Directors since 2002 and is also the Chairman of Parallels, a global leader in hosting and cloud services enablement and desktop virtualization software.
Beloussov said, "I am very excited to be back at Acronis. I am leading the way forward with new solutions that protect, secure, and access a company's valuable data. The Company has a solid strategy for growth in virtual, Cloud and mobility markets. With leading technology and strong execution we will take a very good company and make it a great company.”
