After the successful launch of Adcom Thunder series in May, Adcom India has introduced new Smartphone series including A-350, A-400, A-520 HD smartphonse, which is expected to be launched by mid-September 2013.
ADCOM (Advantage Computers) Smartphone series are based on Android 2.3.5 Ginger Bread, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system which makes them fast and user friendly.
Sanjeev Bhatia, Founder, ADCOM, said, In the last four months, our numbers have increased and so have the distributors and channel partners. Very shortly, people have started taking us as a serious player in the smartphone market. Adcom is giving a lot of emphasis on after-sales service. We have online support and onsite service for all Adcom users throughout the country.
In Delhi NCR, we have mobiles engineers who go to the end-user’s doorstep for service after the complaint is lodged in our service call centre and pan-India we have tied up with logistics partners to go to the user’s doorstep for pick-up and drop facility. All above shows that we are very serious on the service issue and don’t hesitate to invest enough to give our customers a first class distinguish after sales service.
