After April 20th few relaxations may be allowed in areas
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has extended the nationwide lockdown till May 3 as the 21-day lockdown comes to an end today. PM has said, “The country has benefited from social distancing and lockdown and that India is in a much better position than many other nations in COVID-19 fight. The announcement was made following a meeting with Chief Ministers during which there was consensus on the same.
Addressing the nation he has also announced that, "Till April 20, all districts, localities, states will be closely monitored, as to how strictly they are implementing norms." "States which will not let hotspots increase, they could be allowed to let some important activities resume, but with certain conditions."
