Amazon has announced plans to invest up to $25 billion in Anthropic, significantly expanding their partnership as demand for AI infrastructure accelerates.
The deal includes an immediate $5 billion investment, with an additional $20 billion tied to future commercial milestones. This builds on Amazon’s earlier $8 billion investment in the AI startup, bringing its total commitment to as much as $33 billion.
