Aiming to offer better services to partners and customers in India, Asia Powercom has announced the launch of a new toll-free number. With this new service, Asia Powercom will provide the complete service related query of a user by locating the service centre nearest to the user even in the remote areas.
Tejas Sheth, Country Manager, Asia Powercom, said, "Our aim is to reach our customers in the remote and far-flung areas with this toll-free numbers. We have a team of 70 service engineers and 4 terminals, especially dedicated to solve the grievances of our customers. We not only provide after-sales support but we also help customers in locating the nearest service engineer to them, thus providing holistic solution."
The new toll-free number 1800-123-2022 is already operational and is open to Indian channel partners and end-users who can seek technical support or after-sales service from Asia Powercom.
The number would be operational from 10 am to 7 pm on all the days, except Sundays and national holidays.
