Avision has appointed New Delhi-based Intra-tech Computers as its exclusive distributor for channel products in North India. Avision shall leverage on the extensive channel network that Intra-tech has set up across various cities over the years.
According to Sunil Agrawal, Managing Director, Intra-tech Computers Pvt. Ltd., “Intra-tech has 18 years of experience in distributing various IT products. For the last five years we have been distributing scanners as well owing to their growing demand. We now carry a diverse portfolio of Avision products including portable / intelligent scanners, document scanners and flatbed scanners that find acceptance across different industry verticals.”
Besides effective after-sales service, Intra-tech is also providing tele-support to all Avision customers, should they need help, through a dedicated call centre manned by trained personnel. Intra-tech has aggressive plans for the brand which include setting up a demo centre at Nehru Place, the biggest IT marketplace in this part of the world, such that prospective buyers can use every Avision product and get a first-hand experience before making the purchase. Intra-tech has also tied up with almost every prominent shopping portal that sells gadgets and gizmos for generating online sales.
